I’m Alexis Fairbanks, a UESCA-certified run coach, runner, and educator passionate about helping athletes unlock their potential. With over five years of coaching experience and decades of personal running and racing expertise, I’ve worked with runners of all levels—from beginner run-walkers to first-time marathoners and Boston qualifiers. Through personalized training plans I provide tailored support to help each athlete reach their unique goals.
As a co-founder of the Lane 9 Project, I’m deeply committed to promoting athlete health, proper nutrition, and long-term sustainability in sport. Lane 9 focuses on menstrual health and reducing RED-S, and I weave this mission into my coaching to ensure athletes not only perform their best but also thrive physically and mentally.
In addition to coaching, I serve as an instructional coach and interventionist for Denver Public Schools. Balancing my love for education and athletics, I strive to inspire those I work with—whether in the classroom or on the course—to achieve their full potential.
