As a clinical social worker, my goal is to empower you to live life on your terms, not an eating disorder’s terms.
I’ve worked with adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing eating disorders in multiple levels of care, including partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient. In sessions, I incorporate treatment modalities such as Family Based Treatment, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
In every session, you can expect to receive empathy, education, and encouragement. Whether you’re recovering a healthy relationship with food and your body or establishing one for the very first time, I look forward to working alongside you to make it happen.
