Hi there! I am a Registered Dietitian and the owner of Peak to Peak Nutrition. I work with runners and mountain athletes to help them dial in their nutrition to perform and feel their best, prevent and recovery from injury, and heal from REDs. I believe that mental health is just as important as physical health and support every athlete I work with in building and nurturing a positive relationship with food and with their bodies. A mountain athlete myself, I understand the practical challenges of fueling for sports like ultrarunning, rock climbing, and skiing.
I am can work with anyone located in CO, CA, AZ, VA, MI, NJ, MT, MN, NV, and UT.
INSURANCE ACCEPTED: I am in network with Cigna and Aetna insurance plans (and hope to be in network with Anthem and United Health Care plans in the near future). I also offer sliding scale rates to anyone who needs them.
