I am the owner of MentPhys Wellness PLLC, located in Raleigh, NC. My speciality is working with "the perfect performer." I help athletes (competing and noncompeting) who struggle with managing their perfectionism. My clients usually seek out my services when they are feeling overwhelmed with anxious thoughts, disordered eating habits, overexercising or feelings of burnout in their sport. I strive to help my clients utilize their athletic mindset to push through adversity and learn to mange their mental health so that they can balance their whole health. I value strengthening the mind-body connection and finding balance in hormones, nutrition, movement and mental health.
I currently see all clients in the state of NC and I am working on receiving my PA licensure in the near future. Even though my office location is in Raleigh, I am available to see clients virtually across the state of NC.
