I have been a practicing PT since 2017. I have been specializing in working with female athletes, runners and triathletes through injuries, pelvic health concerns and pregnancy/postpartum since 2020. Since graduating PT school I have been passionate about the importance of pelvic health for all female athletes and want to help female athletes understand how to take care of their health comprehensively to help them feel and perform their best. I was an athlete growing up and got in to running when I was getting towards the end of my college lacrosse career looking for a new challenge. Since then I have continued to build on my running, but also love lifting, barre classes, hiking and trying new sports.
