Hi there! My name is Delaney Morgan, and I am the owner and a clinician at Mountain View Mindset. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in anxiety, depression, life adjustments/transitions, and mental performance for athletes. My work is focused on helping athletes improve performance and/or recover from injury by supporting their investment in the MENTAL side.
My passion for counseling and mental performance work stems from my time as an athlete in the NCAA when I learned the power of investing in mental health like we invest in physical health. Some of my highest highs and lowest lows came during my time in college and competitive athletics. If it weren’t for the mental health support I received, I would not have achieved many of my goals.
I work hard to provide a welcoming and productive space to work through what is most important to you. I am driven to provide care that supports your personal growth and sense of hope and purpose in life. I have experience working in a psychological services clinic, a community family medicine office, a university counseling center, and in private practice. I combine my background in athletics and passion for counseling to provide specialized care to all who may be facing overwhelming life stress, high expectations, low mood and motivation, changes in life, and so much more. I believe you deserve to be seen, heard, and supported in whatever life throws at you!
