I started my education at University of Redlands, where I attended to run XC and track. I developed an eating disorder while there and ended up transferring to Vanderbilt University after my sophomore year. There, I majored in Medicine, Health, and Society (a mix of public health, sociology, and medical sciences) and was president of the eating disorder awareness organization on campus, as well as interned for Project HEAL in their treatment assistance program. After graduating in 2019, I attended Yale University to pursue my goal of becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner. After graduating in 2022, I completed a fellowship at IU Health that allowed me to gain some experience in the Charis Eating Disorder Center's Adolescent PHP, as well as rotations in adult psychiatry, consultation-liaison psychiatry, child psychiatry, and substance use. I worked for two and a half years at Riley Children's Hospital in their outpatient clinic, treating ages 6-18, and helped continue to cover medication management at Charis's PHP whenever needed. I left Riley in March of 2026 and have been practicing full-time at Inner Calm Wellness, a private group practice consisting of therapists and psych NPs. I treat adolescents and adults with eating disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, and mood disorders. I am also currently completing the Integrated Athlete Services Certificate through Ball State University, which includes the foundational courses for the CMPC exam and covers topics such as sports social work, sports psychology, strength and conditioning, and ethics in sports psychology. I hope to have this completed in the next year.
