I am a board certified sports physical therapist at Hannah DePaul Physical Therapy in Ann Arbor, Michigan. I specialize in treating female endurance athletes, and am passionate about helping female runners navigate bone stress injuries and the interconnectedness with Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport. I present to many local high school girl's cross country, track, swimming, and cycling teams regarding health and performance optimization. I am an avid endurance athlete myself, having completed the Kona Ironman, Boston Marathon, and now moving onto trail ultramarathons. Outside of running and physical therapy I enjoy spending time outside with my husband, two boys, and dog.
