My goal is always finding a way to make sure that each person feels like the relationship they have with food and fueling themselves for all their activities works best for them. I love to bust those diet-culture myths, helping clients develop media-literacy around the diet and exercise industry. I have fifteen years of experience working as a dietitian, with thirteen of the those years specializing in eating disorders, adolescents and athletes. I love getting to work with a wide variety of clients and their families from varying backgrounds and getting to reduce the anxiety and fear that some people experience when trying to make choices to improve their health.
In my free time I enjoy grocery shopping (of course), soaking up sunshine, running and practicing yoga, trying new restaurants and playing with my daughter, dogs, and chickens.
