I am a licensed counselor in OR and WA specializing in trauma and eating disorders with a particular interest in working with female athletes pursuing endurance goals. I am also a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach and I am finishing my M.S. in kinesiology with a focus in sport and exercise psychology. I provide both coaching and counseling services
As a coach I enjoy working with women who have a history of diet cycles, struggles with consistent exercise and are trying to reenter the exercise/nutrition space in a different way for a more sustainable, positive relationship with their bodies, food, and fitness. I also love working with women of all fitness levels who are looking for support reaching performance goals.
As a counselor, my work is centered on trauma and eating disorders (and often the overlap between the two). I work with women who are passionate about fitness but may be chronically underfueling, actively restricting, and/or binge eating.
I also offer clinical supervision for interns and associates.
