Hi Friends! My name is McKenna and I have been coaching in some capacity for the last 10 years.
I started playing sports as young as I can remember and knew running was my thing by high school. After competing in college, I decided to take to the roads for marathon training. Along the way, I have found myself in the ED/REDS cycle quite a few times and find I have always come out stronger.
I got into coaching because I found that strength training and building my fitness outside of running really helped me mend my relationship with my body. I have since received my bachelors in exercise science, and multiple certifications to help build my knowledge on how to move. I love helping women of all ages find their spark through fitness and running and helping build their confidence back up along the way.
There is so much stigma around periods, menopause, pregnancy and activity and I hope to help get rid of some of that nonsense with the athletes that I have the honor of coaching.
