As a licensed mental health counselor, sport psychology consultant and former collegiate athlete, I have dedicated my career to supporting athletes and high-performing individuals in overcoming mental obstacles and achieving their best in both sport and life. My work is focused on mental wellness for competitive athletes and those facing challenges such as eating disorders, anxiety, depression, life transitions, mental blocks and injury recovery.
I have extensive experience working in eating disorder treatment at all levels of care and specifically in programs designed for the treatment of athletes with eating disorders. Additionally, I have worked with various top universities in MA to providing both performance psychology work as well as mental health therapy to their athletes. I hope to empower my clients to break through mental barriers, improve overall wellness, embrace body positivity, and find success both on and off the field.
