Hi, I'm Dr. Savannah Landis! I am a licensed clinical and sport psychologist specializing in the treatment of athletes and eating disorders. I grew up as a competitive swimmer, which spurred my passion for working with athletes! My private practice is based out of Jacksonville, FL but I provide telehealth services to athletes nationwide. I provide therapeutic services through an interpersonal and self-compassionate lens with an integrative approach deriving from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. My approach is genuine, down-to-earth, and empathetic, but in a way that will challenge you to make the progress that you deserve!
