Hello there! I'm a non-diet and HAES-aligned Registered Dietitian who specializes in sports nutrition and treatment of disordered eating, eating disorders, REDs, and body image concerns. I am passionate about working with all diverse folks.
In my prior professional experiences I most recently held Directorial roles in college athletics, and love to support all diverse athletes/teams. I also have worked in residential, PHP & IOP levels of care for eating disorder treatment.
My goal is to provide the education, support, and road map you need to feel empowered to support your body's unique nutritional needs. I pride myself on providing compassionate and inclusive care that is welcoming and respectful of all athletes.
Some of my hobbies include running, cycling, traveling, and trying new foods.
