I am an eating disorder therapist specializing in working with athletes at all stages of their journey, from adolescents striving to maintain athletic scholarships to professional athletes navigating the pressures of high-level competition. I provide treatment for individuals who are passionate about their sport and seeking a healthier relationship with food, body image, and performance.
In addition to my clinical work, I teach and write on the intersection of eating disorders and athletics, helping to advance awareness and best practices in the field. I also work closely with families to create environments that foster open communication and support long-term recovery.
My approach integrates psychodynamic therapy, EMDR, and trauma-informed practices to support both the emotional and physical well-being of my clients.
