Sports & Eating Disorder Dietitian
I am a Registered Dietitian who helps athletes sift through the nutrition noise and focus on what really matters: eating and enjoying your food. Like many of us, I am fed up with our medical system and sports culture's misdirected focus on weight as a measure of our health and performance potential. I believe that the constant pressures in our society to restrict our diet under the guise of "health" are making us sicker and more unhappy. Food should be enjoyed, not feared. I want to help you find food freedom and accomplish your goals!
My goal is to help you relax and enjoy the process of deciding what to eat, how and when to prepare it, and the act of eating itself- it doesn't have to be stressful or difficult! After years of seeing how our toxic diet culture and obsession about food and our bodies takes a toll on us, I want to help create a world where we can all enjoy our food, be happy and healthy, and perform our best on and off the field.

RRCA L2 Run Coach & ACE CPT
My name is Laura. I’m a coach, athlete, mom of 2, and wife.
My love of running began early after joining my middle school track team and blossomed into what it is today after becoming a mother. I’m an expert at performance trajectory efficiency and have first-hand experience balancing training with a family/career.
My coaching style is “advisor over authority.” I am focused on the big picture vs. a single outcome goal. I genuinely believe that most never reach their genetic potential in the running, and focusing on the process is the best way to cultivate that potential. Communication, compassion, and support are key values in the way I train my athletes.
I strive to improve in the science and art of coaching each day. Most importantly, I show people they are capable of more than they thought.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Hi! I’m Lindsey Cope, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Atlanta. I specialize in helping athletes navigate eating disorders, anxiety, and OCD. As a lifelong runner who has personally experienced an eating disorder, I understand how painful it can feel to be stuck in that cycle. I also know that it is possible to live a life that's not all about food, weight, and body, and am passionate about providing support to athletes who are struggling with their own relationship to food or body.
My private practice is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and I provide virtual sessions throughout Georgia and North Carolina. I use weight inclusive, anti-diet and fat positive perspectives to support athletes in challenging societal messages about weight, body, and worth.
In our work together, we won’t just talk about the issues, going over them again and again. I'll ask you questions to encourage you to dive deeper or see a new perspective, and at times I may challenge you (but I promise you got this!). You don’t have to keep feeling stuck in a broken cycle—and you don’t have to do it alone.

I received my Master's (2015) and Doctorate (2019) in Counseling from UNG-Greensboro and have been working with clients since 2015. I have worked with clients in all levels of care (inpatient/residential; PHP/IOP; outpatient) in various settings including treatment hospitals, college counseling centers, and private practice. Joyful Runner Coaching
I’m a Minneapolis running coach and mom who loves running around the lakes, chasing my son, and sharing my passion for running with others.
My running journey started in high school, but cross-country skiing was my first love until an unfortunate accident with an evergreen tree (don’t worry, the tree is fine). Since my first marathon in 2013, I've been hooked!
I was born and raised in Minnesota. I graduated from Edina High School and have a B.A. in Psychology and Political Science from St. Olaf College and a Master's in Public Policy and Leadership from the University of St. Thomas. My husband Sean and I tied the knot in 2019, just before COVID. Our son Luke joined the team in 2021, and I ran my first postpartum marathon at Boston in 2022.
Running was always a place just for me even before life got crazy. I’ve found that amidst the busyness of life, it’s continued to be space just for me where I can find peace and joy. I also love being able to show my son that he can and should go after his dreams.
Finally, I am passionate about women's health. Overcoming an eating disorder after many years and finding peace with food freedom, and most recently undergoing a double mastectomy, I believe that women's health needs to become more front and center in our everyday conversations.
For the past decade, I've been coaching runners of all levels, and I have a certification from RRCA, and I am a certified Pre, and Postnatal coach.

I aim to provide a supportive and listening environment for those with eating disorders/disordered eating in finding nourishment, joy, and peace with food. This includes sharing respect and compassion as promoted in the Health at Every Size philosophy.
Marcia spent four years as the Director of Sports Nutrition at the University of New Hampshire.
She completed her DPD, Certificate in Sports Nutrition, and Dietetic Internship from Simmons College in Boston, MA. Marcia is licensed in MA, ME, VT and NH and sees clients virtually and in-person. My goal is to reach out to athletic support teams (sports med docs, athletic trainers, strength and conditioning) to provide education on REDs and eating disorders.
I love hiking and snow shoeing in the winter and just being outside. If there were a swimming pool near me up here in northern NH, I'd be there, too.
