Sophia Jones

Registered Dietitian with Savored Journey LLC

I specialize in helping clients to overcome eating disorders/disordered eating and fueling for sport performance/REDs and injury prevention. I have worked in an outpatient eating disorder clinic and also have completed dozens of hours of CEUs to continue to hone my expertise in this area of nutrition.

As a nutrition professional and someone who works with runners, my approach is rooted in helping you build a positive, sustainable relationship with food - no diets, no food rules, no guilt. I don’t believe in restricting or obsessing over weight, body shape, calories or macros. Instead, we focus on what you can add to support performance, recovery, and overall well-being. Food is fuel, yes, but it’s also meant to be satisfying and enjoyable.

Whether you’re training for your first marathon or just looking to improve health outcomes, I’m here to support a flexible, body-respecting approach that helps you feel strong, energized, and confident on and off the run.

Stephanie Militano

Sports Dietitian | Eating Disorder Dietitian

I specialize in REDs and eating disorder treatment and have been working with athletes for over 10 years. As an athlete myself, I am always looking for the latest updates and research in those areas so I can best support my clients (fellow athletes!)

Hi, I’m Stephanie! I’m a sports dietitian (MS, RD, CSSD, CDN) with a passion for helping athletes fuel strategically, play stronger, and recover faster. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Nutrition from Stony Brook University and have worked with athletes across a wide range of sports - from the field to the pool, the track to the court, and everywhere in between.

I specialize in REDs and disordered eating, guiding athletes toward performance driven fueling strategies that build confidence in energizing their bodies. My approach is grounded in four key pillars: Fuel (what you eat), Finesse (when you eat), Fluids (hydration), and Fun (because food should be enjoyed, not stressed over!).

My goal is to help athletes rebuild trust in food, boost their energy, and take their game to the next level, without fad diets or food rules.
